Tanya Lovejoy Capers, Broker/Realtor, ABR, CNHS, CRS, e-PRO, founder and CEO of The Tanya Lovejoy Capers Realty is recognized as one of Charlotte’s leading real estate brokers. After a successful period with another local real estate company where she was a top producer. Lovejoy-Capers decided to open her own firm.

Tanya Lovejoy-Capers is a graduate of Hunter College in 1988. Was conferred a Bachelors of Art in Psychology and Sociology. She is also a graduate of Capella University in 2014, with a Masters in Counseling. Tanya is continuing her academia by working on acquiring a PHD in Psychology. Tanya has also earned her credentials as a licensed Real Estate Agent, 2002, licensed Real Estate Broker, 2002. In addition, she’s earned the appropriate real estate credentials of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Proficiency in the use of Technology for real estate (e-PRO).
