Arboretum

The Arboretum is easily located between Providence Road and NC Highway 51, where you will find an abundance of entertainment.  The Arboretum is a huge shopping center that was built in 1980.  You will find book stores, coffee shops, restaurants, home furnishing stores and movie theaters.  This planned united development is a maze of shops that is built around a residential community and business service industries such as, banks, medical offices and insurance companies. 

The Arboretum boosts 1980’s cedar shake style residences with golf and swim communities, like Beverly Crest and Raintree Country Club, in addition to newer traditional homes and townhome located in Beverly Crest.  Your commute to Uptown in low traffic conditions is merely 20 minutes, but during rush hour traffic it increases between 30-40 minutes.  Navigating between Providence Road, Highway 51, Highway 74 and I-485 can be done with ease.
