Birkdale Village is a community township located in Huntersville off of exit 25 on I-77, and is in close proximity to Lake Norman boating and recreation. The residential and business community is pedestrian friendly, which promotes park and stroll to the various venues in the area. Birkdale village is known for its multiplex movie theatre, restaurants, and retail shops where you can find distinctive gifts and services. The upscale apartments are located over the shops at Birkdale. If golf is your forte, there is a 200 acre Arnold Palmer designed Birkdale Golf Club across the street.
