Mooresville

Mooresville, is home to many NASCAR drivers and teams because of its notoriety of the North Carolina Auto Hall of Fame and is often referred to as “Race City, USA.”   As a railroad community founded in 1850’s, Mooresville has preserved many of its influential historical details in their building in the downtown areas, which also features charming retail shops.  Mooresville, is also known for its exclusive waterfront golf course communities, such as The Point, featuring mega-million dollar waterfront estates.  Mooresville is also home to many residents who live on the waterfront of Lake Norman and the surrounding new home communities in the area.
