Dilworth, is a southwest streetcar neighborhood, developed by Edward Dilworth Latta, is known for its mature lined wide streets and front porches. The Dilworth neighborhood is recognized for its high-end renovated bungalows and historic homes, sidewalk-lined streets, parks and churches. Although, the homes are high-end, Dilworth does offer affordable condos. This community is off of East Boulevard, and is within walking distance of some of the best local entertainment, offering boutiques, like Revolution Clothiers & Company, Sloan and Petal, restaurants and pubs.
