South Park was created forty five years ago, and is located on the corners of Fairview and Sharon roads and is south of Center City Charlotte. This 3,000 acre farm land area was owned by North Carolina Governor Cameron Morrison and the Historic 14,000 square foot residence, Morrocroft Mansion still remains on the property.
The South Park area is home to various style houses, such as multi-million dollar homes in communities like Deering Oaks, Quail Hollow Foxcroft and gate communities of Seven Eagles and Morrocroft.
